The location here is simply amazing! It's so cool and convenient being close to nature with top-notch service and breathtaking views. Also, there are awesome restaurants and a spa nearby. 🌟

Bar shut too early, staff cleared away whilst people were still drinking. Food too expensive, no menu outside to check price prior to seating, we felt obliged to continue after seating

I’ve been visiting this hotel for about 35 plus years... It used to cater to families, but that is no longer the case. They cater to the bachelor and bachelorette parties. Service around pool was slow, waited over an hour and just left to get my own. As far as the rooms, small old acoustic ceilings, and had to call on both days of my stay to have my room cleaned up with fresh towel, coffee, etc... as I was checking out I spoke to a clerk and she apologized, but she shouldn’t have to. Management needs to be notified. As far as coolers around the pool, why was it okay to take our drinks down on Thursday, Friday and not okay on Saturday. Also, main pool was closed down for a day...’so went to the adult pool where it was so dirty the slime was around the pool tile. People eating in the pool and nothing being don’t about, and wild drunks... It’s time to move on and find another hotel that has something to offer the kids.

The Makido Japanese Steak House was over priced for the quality. Just ok

we were charged twice the rooms; the bath tub was not clean, you could not see it but feel it; very expensive breakfast; not very refined decoration

The recently renovated rooms are well-appointed. Free Wi-Fi is a huge plus. - the view of the mountains is breathtaking. - the staff members are extremely helpful and very friendly. - the location is amazing, close to restaurants, nightlife on El Paseo, and the desert. - Bella Vita, a great restaurant option, is just a short stroll away.

The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. We ate in two restaurants and at Starbucks. The Rock Grille (for breakfast) was excellent. The Fisherman's Wharf or whatever it was called was very average. Starbucks was Starbucks without a microwave.

The service in the cocktail lounge was very poor. In one case it took over 20 minutes to get service. In the 2nd case no one ever approached us and we left.

Perfect check-in, late check-out, customer-focused staff. Very modern interior, nice sized bathroom, newly decorated room. - Awesome setting, near Desert Hot Springs/Palm Desert as well as nightlife on El Paseo. - Views of the lake.

Recently refurbished and well-appointed rooms, top-class staff in training for Assistant manager. Central area, central location right by the surrounding areas, a so called restaurant and La Quinta which was a beautiful quiet property. Amazing food in the poolside restaurant in the vicinity.

The room was updated & well-appointed, came with fantastic huge televisions etc, a private balcony with a nice view.

the hotel is conveniently located near restaurants, the festival, and Desert Hot Springs/Palm Desert. the staff at the venue were always friendly and helpful. 3. the room had a nice style and was recently renovated, featuring amenities like a blow dryer and a king bed.

This place is perfect, with friendly staff, recently renovated rooms, and a stunning location just 16 miles from the airport.

The location was convenient, close to other attractions, golf courses, restaurants, and with beautiful mountain views.
